New York High School Lacrosse - Wilson drops to Akron

Akron Tigers (Akron, NY) followers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host Wilson Lakemen (Wilson, NY), 14-7 in a league game.

With the victory, Akron advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Tigers host Medina (Medina, NY) to play the Mustangs in a Class D game on Wednesday, April 23. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 4-5. Medina won 11-6 in their recent non-league game against Lockport (Lockport, NY)

The Lakemen now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Medina for a Class D game on Friday, April 25. Wilson will play a Mustangs team coming off a 19-5 league loss to Akron (Akron, NY). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-6.
