In Tuesday's league contest, the host Rutherford Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-12 triumph over the Fair Lawn Cutters.

The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ). The Owls go into the Cullen contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Park Ridge was nipped by Dwight-Englewood (Englewood, NJ), 12-11, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cutters meet the Passaic County Tech Bulldogs (Wayne, NJ) in a Cullen contest, on Thursday, April 24. Fair Lawn will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 12-2 league loss to Pascack Hills (Montvale, NJ).
