St. Joseph Regional Green Knights (Montvale, NJ) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Wayne Valley Indians (Wayne, NJ), 15-8 in a league game.

With the victory, St. Joseph Regional improves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Green Knights travel to St. Augustine Prep (Richland, NJ) to play the Hermits in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. The Hermits come into the game with a record of 5-1. St. Augustine Prep lost 7-6 in their recent non-league game against Westtown (West Chester, PA)

The Indians now have a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host DePaul Catholic for a non-league game on Saturday, April 26.
