West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Alexandria City Titans (Alexandria, VA), 3-2 in a league test.
With the triumph, West Springfield advances its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Woodson (Fairfax, VA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Patriot test on Thursday, April 24. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 4-2. Woodson won 3-2 in their recent league test against South County (Lorton, VA)
The Titans now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Braddock for a Patriot test on Thursday, April 24. Alexandria City will clash with a Bruins team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lewis (Springfield, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 3-3.
