Indiana High School Softball - Boonville bounces Washington

The Boonville Pioneers softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Washington Hatchets to 0 in the Pioneers league win on Tuesday.

The Pioneers now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southridge for a Pocket battle on Wednesday, April 23. Boonville will confront a Raiders team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Washington moves to 0-10 on the season. The Hatchets travel to Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN) to confront the Trojans in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 3-3.
