West Virginia High School Softball - Spring Valley bounces Capital

The Spring Valley Timberwolves softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Capital Cougars to 6 in the Timberwolves league win on Tuesday.
The Timberwolves now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Raceland for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 22. Spring Valley will confront a Rams team coming off a 12-0 league loss to Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Rams record now stands at 13-4.
With the loss, Capital moves to 3-15 on the season. The Cougars travel to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV) to confront the Red Dragons in a Mountain State battle on Thursday, April 24. The Red Dragons come into the battle with a record of 8-7. St. Albans lost 2-0 in their recent league battle against Hurricane (Hurricane, WV)
