The Continental Pirates softball team scored 29 runs and held the host Kalida Wildcats to 2 in the Pirates league win on Tuesday.

The Pirates now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Upper Scioto Valley for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 24. Continental will confront a Rams team coming off a 6-5 league loss to Ridgemont (Mount Victory, OH). The Rams record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Kalida moves to 3-12 on the season. The Wildcats travel to McComb (McComb, OH) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 24. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 3-5. McComb won 20-9 in their recent league battle against Vanlue (Vanlue, OH)
