Minnesota High School Softball - McGregor knocked off by Cromwell

In Tuesday's league test, the Cromwell Cardinals (Cromwell, MN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting McGregor Mercuries (McGregor, MN), by a count of 18-3.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Floodwood Polar Bears (Floodwood, MN) in a Polar test, on Thursday, April 24. Cromwell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Polar Bears go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 24-2 league loss to Kelley (Silver Bay, MN).

The Mercuries (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Cook County (Grand Marais, MN). The Vikings go into the Polar test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Cook County was routed by South Ridge (Culver, MN), 12-0, in a non-league test.
