The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Goodhue Wildcats (Goodhue, MN) and the visiting Zumbrota-Mazeppa Cougars (Zumbrota, MN), observed Goodhue's softball team get by Zumbrota-Mazeppa by a tally of 3-2.

The Wildcats (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against Kenyon-Wanamingo (Kenyon, MN). The Knights go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Kenyon-Wanamingo tipped Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN), 17-11, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN) in a Hiawatha Valley bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Zumbrota-Mazeppa will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record.
