Maryland High School Baseball - Walter Johnson loses to Damascus

In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Damascus Swarmin' Hornets (Damascus, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD), by a tally of 8-0.

Next up, the Swarmin' Hornets encounter the Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 24. Damascus will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 5-9 record after their 7-6 league win over Wootton (Rockville, MD).

The Wildcats (13-3) will now prepare for their bout against Blair (Silver Spring, MD). The Blazers enter the non-league bout with a 16-9 record. In their last bout, Blair was overwhelmed by Springdale (Springdale, PA), 10-7, in a league bout.
