The River View Black Bears baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Tuscarawas Central Catholic Saints to 0 in the Black Bears non-league victory on Saturday.

The Black Bears (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Maysville (Zanesville, OH). The Panthers go into the Muskingum Valley match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Maysville was overwhelmed by Zanesville (Zanesville, OH), 11-1, in a non-league match.

The Saints (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Newcomerstown (Newcomerstown, OH). The Trojans go into the Inter-Valley match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Newcomerstown was overwhelmed by Conotton Valley (Bowerston, OH), 13-2, in a league match.
