In Saturday's non-league test, the host Billerica Memorial Indians lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Reading Memorial Rockets.
The Indians now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tewksbury Memorial for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 26. Billerica Memorial will face a Redmen squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Burlington (Burlington, MA). The Redmen record now stands at 1-4.
In their next game, the Rockets face the Woburn Memorial Tanners (Woburn, MA) in a Middlesex test, on Wednesday, April 27. Reading Memorial will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record.
