The Monarch Coyotes baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Fairview Knights to 7 in the Coyotes league victory on Saturday.
The Coyotes (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO). The Sabercats go into the match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Fossil Ridge was overwhelmed by Legacy (Broomfield, CO), 9-8, in a non-league match.
The Knights (1-11) will now prepare for their match against Poudre (Fort Collins, CO). The Impalas go into the match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Poudre was overwhelmed by Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO), 1-0, in a league match.
