With the triumph, Kokomo moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Wildkats travel to Western (Russiaville, IN) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Monday, May 2. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 4-0.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the East Noble Knights (Kendallville, IN) in a game, on Monday, April 25. Huntington North will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 0-3 record after their 21-5 non-league loss to Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN).
