In Saturday's non-league battle, the Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI) lacrosse squad routed the host Appleton United [Appleton West/Appleton East/Appleton North] (Appleton, WI), by a count of 19-7.

Coming up next, the Highlanders clash with the Marquette University Hilltoppers (Milwaukee, WI) in a Classic Eight - Red battle, on Wednesday, April 27. Homestead will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 9-4 non-league loss to Sauk Prairie (Prairie du Sac, WI).

The now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 30.
