Handley Judges (Winchester, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), 8-6 in a non-league test.

The Judges now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meridian for a non-league test on Monday, April 25. Handley will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 14-13 league loss to Fauquier (Warrenton, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-5.

In their next game, the face the West Knoxville Warriors [West/Bearden/Hardin Valley Academy/Morristown-Hamblen East] Warriors (Knoxville, TN) in a TSLA 1AA East test, on Saturday, April 23. Varsity Opponent will attempt to move on its 11-23 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 3-5 record after their 20-7 non-league win over Roane County (Kingston, TN).
