The Washington Panthers (Washington, IL) lacrosse triumphed over the host Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL), 14-5 in Saturday's league outing.
With the win, Washington upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Normal Community (Normal, IL) to battle the Ironmen in a South Suburban outing on Monday, April 25. The Ironmen go into the outing with a record of 3-4. Normal Community won 8-7 in their recent league outing against Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL)
With the defeat, Plainfield North drops to 5-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL) to battle the Knights in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 26. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 2-6.
