Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Haverford Fords (Havertown, PA) and the host Archbishop Carroll Patriots (Radnor, PA), witnessed Haverford's softball squad tip Archbishop Carroll by a count of 10-3.

The Fords now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Penncrest for a Central match on Monday, April 25.

With the loss, Archbishop Carroll moves to 6-2 on the season. The Patriots host Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA) to face the Saints in a Philadelphia Catholic match on Tuesday, April 26. The Saints go into the match with a record of 1-2. Neumann-Goretti won 19-10 in their recent non-league match against Science Leadership Academy (Philadelphia, PA)
