In Sunday's non-league game, the visiting Christian Brothers Academy Brothers baseball team scored a tight 11-7 victory over the St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders.
The Brothers (5-6) will now prepare for their game against St. Francis (Hamburg, NY). The Red Raiders go into the non-league game with a 4-6 record. In their last game, St. Francis tipped St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY), 7-3, in a league game.
The Marauders (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY). The Tigers go into the Monsignor Martin game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Bishop Timon-St. Jude was overwhelmed by Nichols (Buffalo, NY), 11-1, in a league game.
