Allen Park Jaguars (Allen Park, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Sunday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Saline Hornets (Saline, MI), 9-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Jaguars now sport a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln Park for a Downriver challenge on Monday, April 24. Allen Park will face a Railsplitters squad coming off a 18-2 league loss to Carlson (Gibraltar, MI). The Railsplitters record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Saline falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI) to face the Pioneers in a Southeastern - Red challenge on Monday, April 24. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a record of 5-2. Pioneer won 9-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Richard (Riverview, MI)
