The Villa Walsh Academy Vikings lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting Cedar Grove Panthers to 10 in the Vikings non-league win on Tuesday.

The Vikings (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Vernon (Vernon, NJ). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Vernon was overwhelmed by Mount St. Dominic Academy (Caldwell, NJ), 15-14, in a non-league match.

The Panthers (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Morris Hills was overwhelmed by Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ), 14-13, in a non-league match.
