Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC), 17-1 in a league test.

The Mustangs now have a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weddington for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 24. Myers Park will face a Warriors squad coming off a 16-4 league loss to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 8-7.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 24. Butler will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Wolf Pack come into the test with a 2-12 record after their 16-1 league loss to Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC).
