In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Catholic Central Crusaders softball team scored a close 3-0 win over the Shaker Bison.

Coming up next, the Crusaders encounter the Voorheesville Blackbirds (Voorheesville, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial outing, on Wednesday, April 24. Catholic Central will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Blackbirds enter the outing with a 2-5 record after their 6-3 league win over Cobleskill-Richmondville (Cobleskill, NY).

The Bison (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY). The Eagles enter the Section 2 Suburban - Blue outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Bethlehem Central tipped Schenectady (Schenectady, NY), 21-0, in a league outing.
