The Vikings now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Kenyon-Wanamingo for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Hayfield will battle a Knights squad coming off a 10-4 league loss to Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (Waterville, MN). The Knights record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Medford falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (Janesville, MN) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 25. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 4-3.
