The Vermont Academy Wildcats baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Brewster Academy National Bobcats to 0 in the Wildcats league win on Wednesday.
The Wildcats now hold a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kimball Union Academy for a Lakes Region test on Saturday, April 26. Vermont Academy will play a Wildcats team coming off a 10-9 league win over Holderness (Plymouth, NH). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Brewster Academy National drops to 1-4 on the year. The Bobcats host Tilton School (Tilton, NH) to play the Rams in a Lakes Region test on Friday, April 25. The Rams go into the test with a record of 2-6. Tilton School lost 15-3 in their recent league test against St. Paul's (Concord, NH)
