Connecticut High School Baseball - Immaculate nudged by Bunnell

In Wednesday's league bout, the Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT) baseball squad edged the visiting Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT), by a tally of 8-7.

Next up, the Bulldogs encounter the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) in a Southwest bout, on Friday, April 25. Bunnell will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 1-7 record after their 8-7 league loss to New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT).

The Mustangs (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Notre Dame Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Lancers go into the Southwest test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, Notre Dame Prep nudged New Canaan (New Canaan, CT), 11-1, in a non-league test.
