In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Dudley Panthers baseball team scored a nice 24-1 victory over the T.W. Andrews Red Raiders.
The Panthers (11-9) will now prepare for their game against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Storm enter the Mid-State 3A game with a 12-6 record. In their last game, Southern Guilford defeated Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 16-1, in a league game.
Next, the Red Raiders face the Reidsville Rams (Reidsville, NC) in a Mid-State 2A game, on Friday, April 25. T.W. Andrews will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 9-10 record after their 9-7 league loss to Morehead (Eden, NC).
