The Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL) baseball trounced the host Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL), 12-1 in Wednesday's league test.
The Lemont HS now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hinsdale Central for a non-league test on Friday, April 25.
With the defeat, Shepard drops to 7-8 on the year. The Astros travel to Argo (Summit, IL) to play the Argonauts in a test on Monday, April 28. The Argonauts go into the test with a record of 7-11.
