The New Trier Trevians lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Benet Academy Redwings to 3 in the Trevians non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Trevians now hold a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Deerfield for a Central Suburban challenge on Monday, April 28. New Trier will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Benet Academy falls to 6-4 on the year. The Redwings host Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL) to clash with the Scouts in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. The Scouts go into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Lake Forest lost 13-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL)
