In Wednesday's non-league test, the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN) baseball team the visiting Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN), by a count of 7-4.
The Bronchos now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lebanon for a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. Lafayette Jefferson will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 10-0 league win over Western Boone (Thorntown, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Carroll drops to 0-2 on the year. The Cougars host Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN) to clash with the Bombers in a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. The Bombers go into the test with a record of 0-2.
