Ohio High School Baseball - Shawnee holds off Kenton

The Shawnee Indians baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Kenton Wildcats to 10 in the Indians non-league win on Wednesday.

The Indians now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Napoleon for a non-league test on Saturday, April 26. Shawnee will play a Wildcats team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Springfield (Holland, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-0.

With the defeat, Kenton drops to 2-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Defiance (Defiance, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, April 28. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 2-1. Defiance lost 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, OH)
