Indiana High School Softball - Apollo bounces Evansville Mater Dei

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Apollo Eagles softball team scored a tight 11-4 victory over the Evansville Mater Dei Wildcats.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Maroons go into the non-league match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Madisonville-North Hopkins tipped Caldwell County (Princeton, KY), 6-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Evansville Harrison Warriors (Evansville, IN) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 29. Evansville Mater Dei will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record.
