The Cranford Cougars lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the host Governor Livingston Highlanders to 8 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cougars now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Joseph for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. Cranford will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 16-5 league win over South Brunswick (Monmouth Junction, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Governor Livingston falls to 0-7 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Johnson (Clark, NJ) to clash with the Crusaders in a Kimber challenge on Saturday, April 26. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a record of 3-5. Johnson lost 19-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ)
