Fans at Wednesday's non-league test between the Yorktown Patriots (Arlington, VA) and the host Wakefield Warriors (Arlington, VA), witnessed Yorktown's lacrosse squad top Wakefield by a count of 14-3.

The Patriots (3-6) will now prepare for their test against George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Statesmen enter the Liberty test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, George C. Marshall was overwhelmed by McLean (McLean, VA), 14-1, in a league test.

Next, the Warriors battle the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) in a Liberty test, on Friday, April 25. Wakefield will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Saxons enter the test with a 8-2 record after their 18-4 league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
