The Hunterdon Central Red Devils softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Allentown Redbirds to 0 in the Red Devils non-league win on Wednesday.
The Red Devils now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridge for a non-league battle on Friday, April 25.
With the loss, Allentown moves to 6-5 on the season. The Redbirds travel to Ewing (Trenton, NJ) to confront the Blue Devils in a CVC - Valley battle on Thursday, April 24. The Blue Devils come into the battle with a record of 5-5. Ewing won 10-0 in their recent league battle against Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ)
