The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT) and the visiting Maloney Spartans (Meriden, CT), observed Conard's softball team get by Maloney by a tally of 10-4.

The Red Wolves (7-1) will now prepare for their bout against E.O. Smith/Tolland (Storrs, CT). The Bucks go into the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, E.O. Smith/Tolland was routed by Waterford (Waterford, CT), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 25. Maloney will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Redcoats go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Windsor (Windsor, CT).
