Colorado High School Baseball - Brush loses to Weld Central

Weld Central Rebels (Keenesburg, CO) followers left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Brush Beetdiggers (Brush, CO), 23-8 in a league match.

With the triumph, Weld Central moves its record to 11-5 on the season. The Rebels host Liberty Common (Fort Collins, CO) to battle the Eagles in a 4A/3A/2A Patriot match on Saturday, April 25. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 8-6. Liberty Common lost 10-0 in their recent league match against Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO)

The Beetdiggers now possess a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haxtun for a non-league match on Saturday, April 25. Brush will battle a Ftng Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-5 league win over Wiggins (Wiggins, CO). The Ftng Bulldogs record now stands at 11-5.
