Nebraska High School Baseball - Raymond Central edges Fort Calhoun

The Raymond Central Mustangs baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Fort Calhoun Pioneers to 2 in the Mustangs non-league win on Thursday.

The Mustangs now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Falls City for a non-league test on Saturday, April 25. Raymond Central will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Nebraska City (Nebraska City, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 2-13.

With the defeat, Fort Calhoun drops to 5-12 on the year. The Pioneers travel to South Sioux City (South Sioux City, NE) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league test on Friday, April 24. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 2-12. South Sioux City lost 13-0 in their recent non-league test against Wayne (Wayne, NE)
