West Virginia High School Baseball - Spring Valley wallops Nitro

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Spring Valley Timberwolves baseball team scored a nice 11-0 win over the Nitro Wildcats.

The Timberwolves (14-6) will now prepare for their game against St. Albans (St. Albans, WV). The Red Dragons go into the non-league game with a 17-4 record. In their last game, St. Albans was overwhelmed by Hurricane (Hurricane, WV), 4-0, in a league game.

Next, the Wildcats play the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 24. Nitro will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Big Blacks go into the game with a 13-6 record after their 3-0 league win over South Charleston (South Charleston, WV).
