The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA) and the host Penn-Trafford Warriors (Harrison City, PA), saw Norwin's baseball team gain a win over Penn-Trafford by a tally of 7-4.

The Knights (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Connellsville (Connellsville, PA). The Falcons enter the non-league battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Connellsville by Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA), 12-4, in a league battle.

Next, the Warriors face the Kiski Area Cavaliers (Vandergrift, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 4 battle, on Monday, April 27. Penn-Trafford will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Cavaliers enter the battle with a 4-8 record after their 17-6 non-league win over Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA).
