The Fenwick Friars triumphed over the host IC Catholic Prep Knights lacrosse team by a tally of 18-5 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Friars play the Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL) in a Chicago Catholic - White game, on Tuesday, April 28. Fenwick will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record.
The Knights (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Latin (Chicago, IL). The Romans come into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Latin notched a victory over Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL), 7-6, in a non-league game.
