New York High School Softball - Plattsburgh bounces Moriah

The Plattsburgh Hornets softball team scored 23 runs and held the visiting Moriah Vikings to 1 in the Hornets league win on Thursday.

The Hornets now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saranac for a Section 7 Champlain Valley I battle on Saturday, April 25. Plattsburgh will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 11-8 league loss to Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Moriah moves to 1-2 on the season. The Vikings host Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY) to confront the Sentinels in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I battle on Saturday, April 25. The Sentinels come into the battle with a record of 5-0. Ticonderoga won 11-8 in their recent league battle against Saranac (Saranac, NY)
