The Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish softball team (Kankakee, IL), was routed 13-6 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL)

Coming up next, the Knights encounter the Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 26. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Celtics enter the test with a 3-3 record after their 13-11 non-league loss to Fremd (Palatine, IL).

The Fightin' Irish (1-1) will now prepare for their test against St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Spartans enter the Metro Suburban test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, St. Francis was routed by IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL), 6-1, in a league test.
