In Monday's league game, the visiting Salt Fork Storm baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Cissna Park Timberwolves.
The Storm (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Schlarman (Danville, IL). The Hilltoppers go into the Vermilion Valley game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Schlarman was overwhelmed by Oakwood (Fithian, IL), 10-3, in a league game.
The Timberwolves (5-13) will now prepare for their game against Oakwood (Fithian, IL). The Comets go into the Vermilion Valley game with a 16-4 record. In their last game, Oakwood overcame Paris (Paris, IL), 7-1, in a non-league game.
