The Kendall Eagles baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Northstar Christian Academy Knights to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Oakfield-Alabama (Oakfield, NY). The Hornets go into the Section 5 Genesee County match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Oakfield-Alabama was edged by Notre Dame (Batavia, NY), 9-0, in a league match.
The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY). The Kings go into the Section 5 Private Parochial match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Bishop Kearney edged Greece Olympia/Greece Odyssey (Rochester, NY), 13-9, in a non-league match.
