The Southern Rams baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Moorefield Yellow Jackets to 0 in the Rams non-league victory on Monday.
The Rams (8-6) will now prepare for their match against Allegany (Cumberland, MD). The Campers go into the Western Maryland match with a 12-2 record. In their last match, Allegany by Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Yellow Jackets (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Pendleton County (Franklin, WV). The Wildcat go into the Potomac Valley match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Pendleton County edged Bath County (Hot Springs, VA), 11-1, in a non-league match.
