The Rocky Point Eagles baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host St. Anthony's Friars to 2 in the Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
The Eagles (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Half Hollow Hills East (Dix Hills, NY). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Half Hollow Hills East was overwhelmed by North Babylon (North Babylon, NY), 13-7, in a league match.
The Friars (6-4) will now prepare for their match against St. Mary's (Manhasset, NY). The Gaels go into the Catholic Nassau Suffolk match with a 0-2 record.
