In Monday's league test, the host Hayfield Hawks lacrosse squad scored a good 19-4 victory over the Mount Vernon Majors.

The Hawks now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lewis for a National test on Wednesday, April 26. Hayfield will face a Lancers squad coming off a 11-4 league loss to Edison (Alexandria, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-5.

In their next game, the Majors face the Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) in a National test, on Thursday, April 27. Mount Vernon will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Atoms come into the test with a 2-8 record after their 17-6 league loss to Justice (Falls Church, VA).
