Illinois High School Lacrosse - Schaumburg drops to Prospect

April 24, 2023: Mt. Prospect, IL 60056

In Monday's league test, the host Prospect Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 15-7 victory over the Schaumburg Saxons.

The Knights now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palatine for a Mid Suburban test on Thursday, April 27. Prospect will face a Pirates squad coming off a 16-5 non-league win over Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 7-3.

In their next game, the Saxons face the Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) in a test, on Thursday, April 27. Schaumburg will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 1-9 record after their 21-11 non-league loss to Trinity (River Forest, IL).
