Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC), 12-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Tuscola upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Mountaineers host Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 25. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 11-3.

With the defeat, Swain County falls to 2-6 on the season.
